Biltong-Stuffed Peppers

2 bell peppers (halved and seeded)
100g shredded biltong
50g cream cheese
30g grated mozzarella
1 tsp chopped parsley

  • Ingredients:
    • 2 bell peppers (halved and seeded)
    • 100g shredded biltong
    • 50g cream cheese
    • 30g grated mozzarella
    • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix biltong, cream cheese, mozzarella, and parsley.
  3. Fill peppers with the mixture, place on a baking tray, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
