Description
Same air-drying, same grass-fed beef, marinated in a teriyaki blend that brings a smoky, savoury depth — soy, ginger, black pepper and a hint of sweetness from the sauce. It takes 230g of beef to make every 100g of biltong.
Tender, richly flavoured, and MSG-free. Contains soya and wheat from the teriyaki sauce, so this isn't the one for a gluten-free order — Original and Chilli biltong are, if that's what you need. High in protein, doesn't need refrigerating.
Great Taste award-winning
Teriyaki is a Great Taste award winner, part of a range that has earned 17 Great Taste stars.

Teriyaki Biltong is superb! I’ve recently returned from South Africa and enjoyed snacking on biltong whilst there so I thought I would give this a try - it’s fabulous.

I think this is good. Not too chewy and flavours just right. And meat seems very good rather than the dusty stuff i have had from other makers.

Have seen reviews on here about the size of the bags. You get a lot of biltong but bag is resealable and you can store it in the fridge. Have been buying the selection boxes with the smaller bags. Nice mix and size.
