A kilo of biltong split between our two best sellers: Original, cured simply with coriander and black pepper, and Chilli, with fruity heat that builds behind the spice. Four 250g bags, bought together for less than the four would cost separately.

Both are air-dried the traditional way from grass-fed beef — no force-drying, no shortcuts. It takes 230g of beef to make every 100g of biltong. Naturally gluten-free and MSG-free. Open one bag and keep the rest sealed.

How long does it keep?
Unopened, see the best-before date on each bag. Once opened, keep refrigerated and eat within 5 days. Store in an airtight container to keep it as fresh as possible.
