Four 250g bags: Original, Chilli and Teriyaki biltong, plus a bag of traditional droewors. If you're not sure where to start, start here — it's the whole range in one order, for less than the four bags would cost separately.

The three biltong flavours are air-dried whole-muscle beef. The droewors is a dry-cured sausage, richer and fattier, made from 225g of beef for every 100g. All four are ready to eat and none need refrigerating.

Original Beef Biltong

Beef (it takes 230g of beef to make 100g of biltong), cider vinegar, salt, spices (coriander, black pepper), sugar, flavouring (salt, maltodextrin, caramelised sugar, sunflower oil), preservative (potassium sorbate).

Chilli Beef Biltong

Beef (it takes 230g of beef to make 100g of biltong), cider vinegar. Seasoning mix: salt, spices (coriander, chilli powder, chilli seeds, black pepper), caster sugar, flavouring (yeast extract, salt, maltodextrin, caramelised sugar, sunflower oil), preservative (potassium sorbate).

Teriyaki Beef Biltong

Marinated, air-dried, sliced beef biltong. It takes 230g of beef to make 100g of biltong. Ingredients: beef, cider vinegar, teriyaki sauce (water, SOYA beans, WHEAT, salt, wine (SULPHITES)), sugar, spirit vinegar, spice extracts, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, coriander, black pepper, sugar, flavouring (yeast extract, salt, maltodextrin, caramelised sugar, sunflower oil), liquid smoke, preservative (potassium sorbate).

Original Droewors

Beef (UK, Irish and EU), malt vinegar (BARLEY), seasoning mix: salt, spices (coriander, pepper), cereal (WHEAT bran (GLUTEN), maize), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), spice extracts (clove, nutmeg, coriander, CELERY), flavour enhancer (disodium 5'-ribonucleotides), preservative (sodium metabisulphite — SULPHITES), dextrose, flavourings (maize starch, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide)), antioxidant (TBHQ), acidity regulator (sodium phosphate), flavour enhancers (disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate), vegetable oil (canola seed and palm fruit), dehydrated vegetable (onion), antioxidants (sodium erythorbate, ascorbic acid), packed in collagen casings (of bovine origin).
