Beef (UK, Irish and EU), malt vinegar (BARLEY), seasoning mix: salt, spices (coriander, pepper), cereal (WHEAT bran (GLUTEN), maize), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), spice extracts (clove, nutmeg, coriander, CELERY), flavour enhancer (disodium 5'-ribonucleotides), preservative (sodium metabisulphite — SULPHITES), dextrose, flavourings (maize starch, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide)), antioxidant (TBHQ), acidity regulator (sodium phosphate), flavour enhancers (disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate), vegetable oil (canola seed and palm fruit), dehydrated vegetable (onion), antioxidants (sodium erythorbate, ascorbic acid), packed in collagen casings (of bovine origin). It takes 225g of beef to make 100g of droewors.

Beef, malt vinegar (BARLEY), salt, spices (cayenne, MUSTARD, chillies, CELERY, black pepper), caster sugar, onion powder, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), garlic powder, acidity regulator (citric acid), maize starch, herbs (parsley, oregano, thyme), food colours (paprika extract, ammonia caramel), spices (coriander, pepper), cereal (WHEAT bran (GLUTEN), maize), preservative (potassium sorbate), spice extracts (clove, nutmeg, coriander), flavour enhancer (disodium 5'-ribonucleotides), preservative (sodium metabisulphite — SULPHITES), red food colouring (sodium chloride 84.5%, carmoisine E122 6.5%, tartrazine E102 6.5%, allura red E129 2.5%), packed in collagen casings (of bovine origin). It takes 225g of beef to make 100g of droewors.

I ordered a mixed box of biltong and droewors for my husband last year for Christmas,I will be buying again this year for him and a colleague as he was so pleased with it.
He is quite fussy about prepack biltong so it shows how nice the paxks from raging bull are.
