Description
Four 250g bags of Teriyaki biltong — thin strips of grass-fed beef marinated in a smoky teriyaki blend, then air-dried slowly. It takes 230g of beef to make every 100g of biltong, and this is the size for people who don't want to think about reordering.
Our best per-100g value across the range. MSG-free, though it contains soya and wheat from the sauce. Keep what you need out, and the rest sealed until you're ready.

Is this one 1kg bag or four smaller bags?
Four individual 250g bags, so nothing goes stale while you work through it.
Is it gluten-free?
No — contains wheat from the sauce. It is MSG-free.
How long does it keep?
Unopened, see the best-before date on the pack. Once opened, keep refrigerated and eat within 5 days. Store in an airtight container to keep it as fresh as possible.

Have seen reviews on here about the size of the bags. You get a lot of biltong but bag is resealable and you can store it in the fridge. Have been buying the selection boxes with the smaller bags. Nice mix and size.
